1. Who we are and what this policy covers
PWD Entertainment, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit or submit the pre-launch waitlist and survey form for SHEER, the dating application we are developing, at https://sheer.dating/ and any page that links to this Privacy Policy (together, the "Form" or "Website").
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Form and Website. It does not apply to any future dating application, full user account, dating profile, in-app messaging, payment, age-verification, or identity-verification service unless and until we update this Privacy Policy or publish a separate privacy policy for those services.
2. Please read before submitting the Form
By submitting the Form, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy, including, where applicable, transfer to service providers and cross-border processing described below. If you do not agree, please do not submit the Form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@sheer.dating. Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before we received and processed your withdrawal request, and it may mean that we cannot keep you on the waitlist or contact you about launch invitations.
3. Age restriction
The Form and Website are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete that data unless applicable law requires another action. If you believe a minor has submitted the Form, please contact us at privacy@sheer.dating.
4. Personal data we collect
We collect only the categories of personal data reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist, understand demand for the future dating app, attribute marketing campaigns, protect the Website, and comply with applicable law.

We do not currently collect through the Form: profile photos, dating-profile text, in-app messages, sexual orientation, sexual preferences, relationship preferences, ID documents, biometric data, payment data, precise GPS location, health data, or contact-book data. If the Website or future app begins collecting any of those categories, we will update the applicable privacy notice before doing so.
5. How we collect personal data
Directly from you: when you enter a Telegram username or e-mail and select gender, age group, and platform.
Automatically through the Website: when your browser, device, or our server provides IP address, referrer, language and timezone, screen/display and device-capability details, connection-quality information, accessibility/display preferences, form-interaction timing and errors, user agent and Client Hints, privacy-control signals, and derived browser, operating-system, or suspected-bot information.
Through campaign links: when an influencer, ad, social-media post, or other campaign link includes UTM or referral parameters.
From service providers: when hosting, form-processing, analytics, e-mail, anti-spam, security, or CRM providers return technical or operational information needed to run the Form.
6. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
The Website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, server logs, analytics tags, or similar technologies for essential website functionality, security, spam prevention, traffic analytics, campaign attribution, and measurement of how users interact with the Form. You can usually disable cookies through your browser settings, but some Website functions may not work properly.
Unless we state otherwise in an updated notice, we do not use the waitlist Form to sell your personal data or to profile you for targeted advertising based on sensitive or protected characteristics. If we add third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before doing so.

We will not use your personal data for materially different purposes without updating this Privacy Policy and obtaining any additional consent required by applicable law.
8. Marketing and communications choices
If you provide a Telegram username, we may contact you through Telegram about the launch, waitlist status, invitations, survey follow-ups, and related updates. If you provide an e-mail address, we may contact you by e-mail for those same purposes. Telegram and e-mail providers are independent third-party services, and their own terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those services.
You may opt out of launch or marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in an e-mail, sending us an opt-out request through Telegram, or contacting us at privacy@sheer.dating. We may still send non-marketing notices if necessary to respond to your request or comply with law.
9. When we disclose personal data
We do not publicly display your Form responses. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose personal data only as described below:
Service providers and contractors: hosting providers, database providers, form tools, analytics tools, marketing and consulting services, e-mail or CRM providers, Telegram-contact tools, cloud storage, anti-spam/security vendors, and similar vendors that help us operate the Website and Form.
Campaign and influencer reporting: we may share aggregated or de-identified campaign performance metrics with influencers or marketing partners, such as number of sign-ups or platform distribution.
Affiliates and launch entities: we may share data with our affiliates, parent/subsidiary entities for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, auditors, consultants, and insurers where reasonably necessary.
Business transfers: a buyer, investor, successor, or assignee in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
Legal and safety reasons: courts, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or other parties where required by law or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or legal interests.
With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you and authorized by you.
10. Storage location and cross-border transfers
We and our service providers may store, process, or access personal data in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws in your country. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for cross-border processing.
11. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Unless a different period is required by law or needed for legal, security, or dispute purposes, we expect to retain:
Waitlist submissions: until the earlier of (a) your deletion/withdrawal request, or (b) 24 months after submission or 12 months after the initial app launch, whichever is later.
Launch communication records: for 24 months after the last communication or opt-out.
Server logs and security records: generally for up to 365 days, unless needed to investigate abuse, security incidents, or legal requests.
Consent, suppression, and privacy-request records: for as long as reasonably necessary to evidence consent, prevent renewed marketing after an opt-out or deletion, and demonstrate compliance with law. A suppression record uses a keyed hash instead of the contact address.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics: indefinitely, provided they no longer identify you.
When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete, destroy, anonymize, or de-identify personal data in accordance with our retention procedures.
12. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- obtain information about whether and how we process your personal data;
- access a copy of personal data we maintain about you;
- request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- request blocking, deletion, destruction, or de-identification of personal data where required or permitted by law;
- object to or opt out of certain marketing communications;
- receive information about third-party transfers and cross-border transfers where required by law;
- appeal or complain to the competent authority or court where available.
To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@sheer.dating and include enough information for us to identify your submission, such as the Telegram username or e-mail address you used on the Form. We may request additional information if necessary to verify the request and your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
13. Security
We strive to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures may include access controls, confidentiality obligations, secure transmission, restricted administrative access, logging, vendor due diligence, and security review of the Website and database.
No website, server, database, e-mail, or messaging system is completely secure. You should use caution when sending personal data by Telegram, e-mail, or other electronic communications.
14. Third-party websites and services
The Website, messages, or campaign links may refer or link to third-party websites, social networks, messengers, influencer pages, app stores, or other services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that we do not control. You should review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new "Effective" date. If we make material changes to how we use personal data, we will provide additional notice or request additional consent solely if required by law.
